I must appreciate your effort to have put this together for young athletes. In fact your program is a life changing tool for athletes who can follow it diligently. I've already noticed some things I did wrong in the beginning of my sporting adventure which would probably have not happened if i've gotten tools like this then. For me personally the feature I love the most is your creative invention of the S..M.A.R.T. tool acronym, it's something that will guide an athlete everytime.
