An athlete who’s a lawyer. You’re not going to find many like that. My story of rehabilitation in sports and going to law school at the same time is an illustration of what is possible when you believe.
As you know i’m a sports lawyer, you probably also know that i suffered a devastating knee injury which affected the goals i was chasing in sports. But what you might not know is that while i was writing the bar exams, i was going through that rehabilitation at the same time.
Rehabilitation in sports is tough in itself. Combine that with law school and it makes it all the more difficult. But i did it and completed both.
How did i do it? How did i keep pushing myself? What kept me motivated? I answer all of those questions today.
So when you think of the excuses you give for not being dedicated, when you listen to this episode you’ll think again.
This episode of Athlete Maestro cuts through the fluff and goes deep. Where there’s a will there’s way but where there’s none there are excuses.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
