In sports everyone always talks about the determination to succeed in sports. George Weah is the second athlete we would look at in this series of african legends who achieved notable things in the world of sports.
Have you ever found yourself thinking that certain things are not possible. Or maybe that certain things are out of your reach. George Weah is a perfect example on the power of determination to succeed in sports.
He started his career is Liberia,a war torn and very poor country, but went on to win the biggest individual award is football which is the World Player of the Year.
In this episode of Athlete Maestro, George Weah is your mentor and I want you to learn these lessons from him. Never ever think you can’t achieve something because of where you come from or what you currently have.
All of that is temporary. I encourage you to learn from this guy and be determined to succeed.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
