Ganon Baker is a Global Player Development Coach who has travelled the world training and coaching basketball players.
What also makes Ganon more qualified to say all the things he said in this episode is that he’s a former professional athlete. So, he walked the walk.
He is the founder of Ganon Baker Basketball, an outfit that specializes in the coaching and development of basketball and basketball players around the world.
Ganon’s journey in sports started out when his father introduced him to the game of Basketball at a very young age. From there Ganon played in high school and got a scholarship to a play in college as well. This ultimately led to him playing professional basketball.
Ganon then began working with and training some of the best basketball players on the planet together with up and coming stars.
Having worked with so many young athletes from across the world, Ganon knows what it takes to make in sports and the things young athletes must look out for.
I had Ganon on the podcast this week to share his knowledge with us on everything success in sports. What should you focus on? How should you approach training?
