The word great is often thrown around in sports these days and has become somewhat over used. But not in this case and not today.

Michael Phelps is not only great, he is a legend. The greatest Olympian of all time and an athlete that is one in a generation.

At the just concluded Rio Olympic games, Phelps shone again and added more medals to his collection.

Quite honestly he is one of my most favourite athletes and it was a joy to bring this episode to you.

Learning from legends is the way to improve your sports career and get better.

Phelps is up there with the greatest of them all.
