EPISODE SIXTY FIVE
“be careful how you are talking to yourself because you are listening” – unknown
That voice in our heads. That voice that keeps talking to us. We all know the voice. We have all experienced that voice before.
There is a famous saying “depending on the type of man you want in life, you either speak to the king in him or the fool in him”.
As athletes, we have positive voices and negative voices in our head. Depending on the type of success you want to achieve, you need to decide which voice you feed.
Whether we like it or not, those two voices exist. The difference between success and failure is the most dominant voice.
So in Episode 65 we highlight all the steps to build and feed the positive in your head. You need to remain and stay positive in all your steps in sports. You have to stay positive.
