EPISODE SIX – HOW TO FIND YOUR WEAKNESSES AND TURN THEM INTO STRENGTHS

Written by admin

EPISODE SIX

“Every weakness contains within itself a strength.”
Shūsaku Endō

I often find that discovering ones weaknesses can be the catalyst for change. Have you realised that what we must often think become a reality? If you see your short comings in sport as weakness then ultimately they become a weakness. But if you focus on converting them to strengths then they become strengths.
I want you to have a change of perspective and focus your energy on balancing your strengths and weaknesses in sports. Bring your weaknesses up to par with your strengths or close enough so you can truly begin to see changes in your performance. Is your mental strength you weakness? You can work on it to become a strength. Is it fitness or emotion? Work can still be done on it.

This EPISODE 6 breaks down why its important to find your weaknesses and how you can turn them into strengths.
