Dre Baldwin is a former professional basketball player who played across Europe during his career.
I was excited to have a chat with him on the lessons he learnt during his career and his advice for young athletes on a variety of subjects.
This episode is just over an hour long and that because he had so much goodness to share and teach.
We talked about mental toughness, discipline and confidence just to name a few. You’ll also learn the one thing that athletes cannot do without. Without it there’s no room for success.
Dre Baldwin is also the author of many books on different topics particularly The Super You which is a book that helps you build supreme confidence and also The Mental Handbook on building and sustaining your mental toughness.
He is also the host of a popular podcast called Work On Your Game.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
