Your ability to develop the mindset to go along with your physical abilities to be the best athlete you can be.
Yes the physical aspect of sports is super key but you see the athletes who have been able to unlock their true potential, are the athletes whose minds haven’t stopped them from being great.
There is no elite athlete in the world who at some point has not tapped into the power of their mind to get themselves to the level they know they should be at. Even the great LeBron James had to develop the mindset he needed to be the great NBA player he is today.
So, how do you develop an elite athlete’s mindset? I have the perfect person to help with that.
Brian Levenson is that perfect person. On the episode i call him the professor.
Now i know he’s not a professor in the true sense of the word but thats what it felt like speaking with him.
I was the student and the interviewer at the same time. If i could learn from Brian, then just imagine what you’ll be able to learn from his as well.
Brian is a Mental Performance and Executive Coach who has worked with athletes at all levels. He is also the Host of Intentional Performers, a podcast that delves into the lives of successful people in different works of life to find out how they’re being intentional in their lives.
So, if you have ever asked the question, how do you develop an elite athlete’s mindset, then this episode is for you.
Not only does Brian take you to school, he also uses real life sports examples to drive home his points. I was super grateful to connect with Brian.
