One of those magic pills we look for is how to translate our performances in training to real game action.
So maybe you’re one of those athletes who trains great but when its game time, you’re nowhere to be found.
It shouldn’t happen that way and quite frankly maybe it has happened that way for far too long.
What should you do to solve this problem or how can you prevent it from happening regularly to the point where your coach just does not trust you.
On this fruitful Friday episode of the show I revisit a conversation I had with former professional basketball player Dre Baldwin who explains why there’s no substitute for experience.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
