That’s one question young athletes have asked before and will continue to ask.

Before we get into the nitty gritty of the how, the first question to ask is are you willing to give your best? That answer should be a resounding YES.

I see a lot of young athletes who have many regrets. The biggest source of their regret is the fact that they never gave their best. There was always something left that could have been given.

Goerge Halas said “nobody who ever gave his best regretted it”

In this fruitful friday episode of the show I want you to stay inspired to give your best at all times. Rather than ask how can i give my best as an athlete, be sure in your mind that you’re willing to give that best when its required.

Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
