That’s exactly what the Athlete Maestro Method is all about.

You’re probably not new to the podcast and if you are, then welcome on this journey where you’ll learn how to break you mental and physical limitations in sports through the Athlete Maestro Method.

For over 400 episodes, we’ve looked at some of the most successful athletes in the history of sports, we’ve interviewed former professional athletes and sport psychologists. One recurring theme is the foundation upon which all these athletes have succeeded. And that’s the Athlete Maestro Method.

Any athlete who succeeded in sports without using the Athlete Maestro Method took a long time before figuring it out. And you don’t want that.

I’m not saying i taught them the Athlete Maestro Method but i’m saying having studied their success, the framework is why they were successful.

Now i want to teach you that framework as well.

  • Assess/Vision/Big Picture
  • Plan
  • Action/Implementation
  • FTR (Forget The Rest)
  • Self Mastery

All the athletes we’ve looked at started with assessing their goals and creating a vision for their careers before creating the plan on how to attack it. When they had created their well thought out plan, they then began to take action and implement.

Taking action on your plan is not enough, you have to FTR (Forget The Rest) and only focus on the things that are within your control.

And lastly you’re on a constant path to Self Mastery. Understanding yourself as an athlete and continuing to improve.

In this episode, i’ll explain the general framework of the Athlete Maestro Method and then over the next two weeks we’ll look at all the parts of the framework and explain it in detail. (Don’t miss those episodes)
