EP 257 – 4 Keys To Setting Goals As A Young Athlete

What keeps young athletes from achieving their goals? Lack of setting the right goals. When you lack goals, you lack direction and when you lack direction, achieve nothing.

So on this episode of Athlete Maestro, I want to break down the keys to setting goals as a young athlete. When you know the keys to look out for then its easier to come up with the goal itself.

Sports alone is a very difficult undertaking, couple that with chasing in different directions things that don’t matter.

Setting a goal to be the best athlete is not a goal because its not measurable. You can become the best athlete in many different ways, which of those ways are you focusing on or paying attention to. That’s where the confusion lies.

After listening to this episode you’ll know what to focus on and how to focus on it.

Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
