Good habits in sports are an absolute essential. Many young athletes have bad habits without even knowing it.
So the question is how do you begin to change your habits as a young athlete? That’s what we discuss in this episode of Athlete Maestro.
Lets get one thing clear, without good habits you cannot have consistent progress in sports. Think about it like a building under construction without the right tools, bricks, cement etc, whatever is built would come crashing down.
So when you don’t focus on your diet, or you don’t train on a schedule, those are bad habits capable of ruining your chance of success in sports.
Fear not, I’m here to help and that’s part of the reason Athlete Maestro exists. To help you solve problems like this.
Good habits in sports won’t just happen, you have to take deliberate steps to ensure you build them and stick to them.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
