I get the question a lot from young athletes and you might fall into that category as well. What do you do when you don’t have money like the successful athletes? Or when you don’t have the resources to do what they do or train how they train.
This is a question that has long been around in sports and is a question that would remain for a long time.
You see many of the successful athletes you see today, many of them started out poor. Their parents had no money to send them to school let alone train and play sports. Many of them didn’t even have food to eat.
Why is this important? Its important because it shows that it has been done before and it can be done again.
So, how should you approach this? Do you say because you don’t have the funds you’re not going to train? Ofcourse not.
On this episode of Athlete Maestro I break down what you should do in this situation, how to approach it and I give action steps you must follow.
Know this, it won’t always be like this or it won’t always be this difficult but what you make of today determines what you will achieve tomorrow.Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
