Consistency and progress in sports demands that as a young athlete your aim must be to constantly improve.
What was my performance like last week and what was my performance like this week? Great athletes ask questions like these. They want to progress and they know the only way to do that is to be consistent.
Abraham Lincoln said “I do not think much of the man who is no better today than he was yesterday”
As a young athlete you must strive to be better today than you were yesterday. That’s what sets the great athletes apart from the average athletes. They focus on consistency and progress.
On Athlete Maestro the goal is to get you better 1% in different areas of your sports. Technique, skill, mindset, physical preparation and the list goes on and on.
This episode of the show is motivational, to get you thinking and focusing on the right things.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
