Daily Habits of an athlete is what leads to success. What you do everyday either gets you closer or farther away from your goals in sports.
As a sports performance coach I know how important it is for young athletes to approach their daily habits. From starting the day the right way to finishing strong and then planning for the next day.
On Athlete Maestro, the goal is to get you better in sport. That’s why today I’m sharing 20 things the best athletes do everyday.
Point of caution here, I’m not saying you must do all these things in a single day. My message is that you work your way up gradually, you can start with two or three but do what is comfortable for you.
At their peak, the best athletes do at least 15 of these habits on a daily basis.
They focus on their diet meaning they’re eating the right foods every day, they also set daily goals and reflect on their day in the evenings.
On today’s episode of the show you’ll learn what you must be doing everyday to ensure you succeed in sports. Remember to start small and focus on the number you can handle.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
