Every athlete started out somewhere. A master was once an apprentice. For young athletes its mostly confusing where to start out or what to focus on in the beginning.
Sports is very wide and there are a million things you can do on a daily basis. But what are the important things at the beginning? What are the things you need to master first before you start worrying about the complex stuff.
On this episode of Athlete Maestro, i break down 5 key areas young athletes need to master at the beginning of their careers.
The first one is the mental aspect. Mental toughness. I break down what it means to athletes, how you can improve yours and get better. Once you don’t have mental toughness almost every other thing in sports would fail for you.
Your mind is the gateway to the success you seek in sports.
There are 4 more key areas you need to focus on and i share it on this episode of Athlete Maestro.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
