Have you ever seen young athlete goals? They want to achieve so many things. But more often than not many of them are not willing to put in the work every single time.
If you’re listening to Athlete Maestro then you’re different and i respect you for it.
Vince Lombardi said “winning is not a sometime thing its an all time thing, you don’t do things right some of the time you do them right all the time”
If you want to succeed in sports you have to be willing to do what it takes every single time.
So, are you putting in the effort every single time or are you doing it once in a while. If you’re the former, kudos to you but if you are the latter you need to make a change.
This episode of Athlete Maestro i want to motivate you going forward to give the effort all the time. Your goals as a young athlete would come true when you give everything everytime. No days off.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
