Perfection and constraints in sports is one of the struggles young athletes face on a daily basis. You ask questions like how can i be perfect? How can i chase perfection and many more.
Constraints on the other hand deal with an athletes limitation in performance. Lack of tools or gear or time or resources. The question is can you use what you have? Or how do you use what you have to your advantage?
At the beginning young athletes seek perfection because they want everything to go fine, they don’t expect anything to go wrong. But things don’t always work or happen that way.
Thats the lesson in this episode. How do you better handle perfection and how do you use what you have to your advantage.
In this episode of Athlete Maestro, i try to explain how you can avoid perfection and constraints in sports. Its very important for young athletes to know how to handle this.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
