Many athletes think being courageous means you are not afraid. Wrong. There cannot be courage without fear. What this means is that courage is not the absence of fear.
“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I’ll try again tomorrow.” -Mary Anne Radmacher
In this episode of Athlete Maestro, I explain how your goals are not far off and that you can always achieve them.
Part of becoming an athlete is being courageous and learning to face your fears. Find out my biggest fear and how it “literally scared the crap” out of me.
I wanna encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and take the difficult route. When you face difficult situations, you come out stronger. Courage is not the absence of fear; courage cannot exist without fear.
This episode is a motivational one as we do here on friday editions of Athlete Maestro. Listen in.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
