Delay gratification might not be term you’re used to but its key in sports. In this chapter of Athlete Maestro, I break down how delayed gratification is key to the success of young athletes.
The art of delayed gratification and the consequences faced if you do not learn early is something every athlete should be weary about.
Athletes must learn to sacrifice in order to achieve.
