There’s one thing thats guaranteed in sports, mistakes. No athlete is perfect and if no athlete is perfect then mistakes will happen. Good thing is, mistakes are not fatal in sports.
So, what should you do about a mistake as an athlete?
Dean Smith said “what do you do about a mistake: recognise it, admit it, learn from it and forget it”.
As you continue on this journey always remember this, mistakes are not fatal in sports. How you deal with a mistake is what matters the most. Do you crash after a mistake is made or do you recover quickly?
As an athlete, you should learn to deal with mistakes the right way and thats what we touch on this episode of the show. Mistakes are not fatal in sports.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
