Every athlete needs a good coach. Your coach is your most important asset as an athlete. So, how do you know if you have a good coach as an athlete.
The same way we have average or mediocre athletes, is the same way we have average coaches. The reason your coach is your most important asset is thats the person you spend the most time around and the person who imparts direct knowledge to you.
So the importance of having a great coach cannot be over emphasized. But as a young athlete, how do you know if you have a good coach or what are the qualities you need to look out for in your coach?
I break down five qualities every good coach must have so you can look out for them in your own coach.
Today’s episode of the pod turns the attention on the coaches so that moving forward an athlete is getting the very best knowledge consistently.
Remember, knowing is not enough you must apply, willing is not enough you must do.
