In the pursuit of your goals in sports, sacrifice must occur. With sacrifice come pain, but pain is temporary.
As you chase your goals in sports, there would be pain in success, pain in defeat, pain in injuries and pain in sleepless nights. Pain is part of sports but what you do with the pain is key.
Lance Armstrong said “pain is temporary, it may last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year but eventually it will subside and something else would take its place. If i quit however, it would last forever”
