Lets start out with this, motivation is key in sports. The reason why motivation is key in sports is thats what gets you moving, its what gets you up in the morning to train and work out.
The minute you don’t feel like training or the motivation is dwindling, everything shuts down. So basically motivation is key in sports because without it, there’s no drive to keep going.
One thing you have to keep in mind though is that motivation would never always exist. There would be times when you don’t feel motivated and that’s ok.
Even the best athletes suffer lack of motivation but what they do differently is what i want to discuss with you on this episode.
Two different types of motivation that have the power to keep you going. The first is Motivation by fear and the second is motivation by reward.
Today’s episode of the pod i break down how these two types of motivation would help you moving forward in your career.
