Any successful athlete you see out there has one of this beliefs. And i want to explain that on this episode by breaking them down specifically.
I want you to take notes and identify the belief you’re lacking or missing out on.
The first one we share in that these athletes have self efficacy. They believe that no matter what they will succeed. Not all athletes can say that. Many athletes have excuses and doubts along the way but you must stay true to the task.
