Practice is the hallmark of every great athlete. So the question is how many hours a day should i practice as an athlete?

You here of athletes who practice 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day and the ones who practice before and after team training. This might have you confused.

Rather than focus on the hours and days its more important to focus on the quality of the practice. Is it physical practice or mental practice? Or When does training start
