Its not everyday you hear that consistency is key in sports.
There’s no better example on this point than legendary UFC fighter Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson. Mixed Martial Arts is a tough sport to compete in let along be consistent at.
When the great Anderson Silva set the UFC record for the most title defences, many thought it could never be done again. Then Demetrious Johnson came and broke all that.
He currently holds the records for the most UFC title defences and is the only flyweight champion in UFC history.
He has shown over and over that consistency is key in sports. That’s what i want you to learn from this episode.
