Every athlete must practice is goes without saying. But how should you practice as an athlete?
Dan Carter is a professional Rugby player for New Zealand and is one of the greatest rugby players of all time. He has multiple records in the sports and is also a two time world champion.
One of the things that have made him great is his ability to practice obsessively. He never looked at the hours spent practicing or the toll it took on his body, all that mattered was that he was putting the work in.
The question for you in this episode is how do you practice? How dedicated are you to it? if you’re going to be anything like Dan Carter then it means practice must be at your core.
